Possibilities are:

- the msxaprv.dll isn't properly registered -- try running "regsvr32
msxaprv.dll"
- PTS isn't installed
- MSXML4 isn't properly registered

These should be the only required objects -- if re-registering them doesn't
help you could try using regmon (downloadable) to monitor which class is
being searched for in the registry and not being found.
