SOAP fault error: XMLAnalysisError.80020009

    Hi all,

    I'd like to access an OLAP cube using XML for Analysis (XMLA).
    Unfortunately, when defining the XMLA details to establish the connection,
    after test the connection XMLA generates a SOAP fault and the following
    error message appears:
    'SOAP fault: XMLAnalysisError.80020009'
    'An error ocurred while processing the request.'

    There is a KD article by Microsoft describing this issue (KB816652) and a
    supported fix is available from Microsoft, but I cannot find it.

    Any help, any comment (and of course, the fix would be appreciated,
