What are you using on the client and what error do you get?
A common issue on Windows 2003 Server is that ISAPI DLLs need to be
explicitly enabled because of the higher security initiatives. So try
browsing to the URL http://servername/xmla/msxisapi.dll in IE and if you get
back an XML result with a SOAP Fault that "Only the POST operation is
supported", then that verifies at least that the ISAPI DLL is accessible.
Thanks,
Akshai
