Data link properties dialog box

Hi,
I have implemented get/set methods for DataSource/Info/Init properties. When
I try to use Data Link Properties I face some problems--
1. All options on 'Connection' and 'Advanced' Tabs are disabled. What
default properties are required and what settings do I need to expose in
order to enable options on these tabs?
2. The 'All' Tab displays the init properties which are required by the
provider. But when I try edit these options the new value is not entered and
old(default) is also lost. Also the "password" displays the text and '*'s.
There are 'flags'dispalyed before all the required properties. What is
wrong?
3. If I click OK without modifying anything(opting for defaults), the
information for all the required properties is not entered in the .udl file.
The contents are just following -

; Everything after this line is an OLE DB initstring
Provider=MYOLEDB;Persist Security Info=False
==================================
What is required to let all the information go in the .udl?
