Deploy MSDE 2000 database

Hi,
I have developed an application that uses a MSDE database. I have used SQL
Server Developer edition to develop the MSDE database.
What i want to know is how i deploy this application, i.e the database part.
Do i need to install MSDE on any client PC's that will use this
application/database or do i just ensure the client PC's have the appropriate
,MDF and .LDF files?
