i have an web app that must get data from an Oracle database.
My app works very fine through 2 years.
But now i installed it in a new server and got a problem that something
opened a Oracle Connection lot of times. A connection any ~20 second.
I restarted my IIS and then everything goes fine. What should be wrong? Is
there any known error at MDAC and Oracle?
