Perhaps this may help.

There's no way to get from the provided link in the error message to the
actual VFP driver. But it is available. The reason Teri saw the driver in
her SYSTEM32 directory was because Microsoft Windows XP (and probably Vista)
were shipped with the Visual FoxPro ODBC Driver version 1.00.02.00. This is
just a nonfunctional stub or a placeholder. To connect to FoxPro data, you
must download and install the latest VFP ODBC driver. That's why it's
asking for the current version. However, the VFP ODBC driver is in
maintenance mode and the current version is version 6.01.8629.01, created in
sometime before 2002.

A stand-alone installation for the VFP ODBC driver (VFPODBC.MSI) is still
available at the following Web site:
