Windows Server 2003, Service pack 1, Latest Office 2003 Updates, Latest
Windows 2003 Updates, Latest MySQL ODBC Driver (but it was the same with an
older driver).

When Trying to link a Remote MySQL Database Access crashes with:

Faulting application msaccess.exe, version 11.0.6355.0, stamp 40aa97a8,
faulting module msjet40.dll, version 4.0.9025.0, stamp 40eaec65, debug? 0,
fault address 0x000125c3.
