ODBC on 64-bit windows

I'me trying to install ODBC driver to connect to MaxDB on Windows Server
64-bit to create DTS package under SQl Server 2005 64-bit.

I got the driver and installed on the server. The provblem is that this
driver does not appear in the list of available drivers when I try to create
new data source.

Note#1: it works on 32-bit XP

Any ideas?
