Driver "Not Marked"

When trying to use the Microsoft ODBC Driver for Oracle,
I get an error.

The driver is listed in the ODBC Drivers panel as "Not
Marked" in both the Version and Date column.

Is it possible to re-activate "Mark" this without re-
installing Office?

I'm assuming it's a registry key, but which one and what
entry?
