MS jet data base engine 2147467259: object invalid for operation

    I have a lending software that is windows compliant. I am the only customer
    they have that for some reason my OUTLOOK contacts will not “merge” into
    their software (contact management system). This has baffled all their
    programmers.

    This is the error I get.
    "Microsoft JET data base engine 2147467259: object invalid for operation"

    My "client" data base will merge fro the filogix lending software over to
    the data base management software no problem, I can create an export file
    from outlook to excel .csv and then import to the software. BUT for some
    reason my JET data base engine will not configure and merge over to the
    software automatically. All my other data base products ( Palm Sync works
    fine)..

    Steps taken:

    I have
    Installed all new JET pack updates.
    windows XP pro
    MS office XP pro
    Installed outlook 2003, word 2003
