names not allowed for ODBC

Hello to everybody!
I am trying to setup a new ODBC driver on a PC with win Xp SP2 installed.
When I try to add a new ODBC driver (no matter wich kind of ODBC) as System
DNS or User DNS, if name it "ODBC" it will not be created... It will be
created only if using a differnt name.
Our server require "ODBC" as driver name, with different names it does not
work...
On all other PC we are usins ODBC drives with "ODBC" as name. How can I
solve this problem?
