I have a VB6 ccomponent that opens an RDO 2 resultset using an SQL Server
stored procedure. I am getting strange behaviour on some machines and would
be grateful for some help. Machines have MDAC 2.7 or 2.8 installed but the
problem doesn't seem to be specific to one MDAC version.

I open the procedure using rdOpenStatic, rdConcurReadOnly. As soon as the
stored procedure is open Resultset.EOF=True but RowCount=1. Why is this?
I have not moved through the resultset.
