odbcad32.exe displays badly

    When I open up ODBC Data Source setup (odbcad32.exe), the dialogue box displays only part of the text, with the rest filled in as bars and boxes. Add/Edit/Configure buttons are missing, because the font display size is too large. Pressing HELP, opens up a help form with what looks like.

    This was posted a few months ago but no one ever replied.

    Every other configuration or control dialog box is fine, it's just this one.
