    Hi,

    I have an ASP.NET applictaion that has an odbc connection object that
    connected to an excel file through a file dns. I deleted the dns, and
    now when I try to add a new connection string, I get

    [ODBC Manager] Data source name not found and no default driver
    specified

    I have tried recreating a dns with the same name, making it a system
    dns, starting a new project, but each time I try to add a connection
    string to the odbcconnecion object I get this message. I am using
    Visual Studio 3 .
