Hi Lars-Erik,

So the problem server's MDAC component is not up to date? What's the
current version of the MDAC on it based on your check result? For MDAC 2.8
SP2, it does require you to apply it from windows 2003 sp1

Yeah, I was going to, but to get MDAC 2.8 SP 2, you have to install SP 2
for
Windows Server 2003. :/ And since they already run 2003 SP 2, I feel a bit
stupid asking them to re-apply it and see if it fixes "my bad".
