William I'm sorry but I have attempted to post a reply 5 times now and it's not getting through the filters, there must be an embedded rude word that I haven't spotted.

Anyway, I have just ordered MS Office 2007 Home/Student edition and Access 2007 upgrade (I think I can upgrade from Access XP). So I can stick to what I am comfortable with but using the latest version. That also gives me OneNote which looks useful.
