Re: Closing recordset generates exception

I'm rather new to .NET so if you can give me some good advise I really
appreciate this.

Just so that you understand:

This newsgroup caters for ADO, the predecessor to ADO.NET (which has
replaced Recordsets with DataReaders etc)
But you can program in .NET and use ADO rather than ADO.NET (a unusual
choice but perfectly valid. Mind you ADO.NET is designed to work with .NET
programs).

So please continue posting here if you want help on using ADO, ADOX, ADOMD
and MDAC.
But if you want help on ADO.NET, there is a newsgroup for that.

But on .NET, read this:
