I don't see how, but this suggests that the Oracle data provider is the
culprit. Perhaps it's a codepage issue? I'm grasping at straws. You might
get somewhere posting this to an XML group.

Unfortunately, this also means that I cannot provide any more assistance.
Perhaps it's time you opened up the lines of inquiry by posting it to some
newsgroups that deal with XML, Delphi and Oracle.

Bill Vaughn, are you still around? Any light you could shed before he has to
take this step? I know Stephen and Ralph would have stepped in by this time
if they had seen something that I hadn't.
