My apologies I was sure there was a lot more to the posting than that.
I will draw together a sample XML when I am on the network in
question.
The mechanics at work are a select from an Oracle database reutrned
to an ADO Recordset (this I have proved is fine), then a call that
converts the dataset to an XML layout. This is where every occurrence
of 10,20,30..100,110 etc are "changed" to "0" in the generated XML.
The reason for posting to an MDAC group rather than an XML one is
that the call to convert is made to the recordset save method (which
I believe is in MSADO15.dll).
I have no problem with the posting location. It certainly seems relevant for
this group.
