Thanks. I am trying to collect information from experts, like you are.
I do not see this problem like c# and .NEt problem only.

I think you have going to have to face facts that Access is not that secure.
I say this because from personal experience, I know of commercial
applications that use Access as a back-end database and know that clients
can "break into it" easily.

If security is a priority then investing in some other database (SQL Server,
Oracle) with better security would be better.
