where Catalog is an ADOMD.Catalog object. The test application, which
uses ADO (not ADO MD), connects to the data source without any
problems and gets the list of cubes. Also it's possible to connect to
the data source ffrom Excel using Pivot Table wizard (which also uses
ADO MD, as far as I understand).
Does anybody have an idea, what may cause the problem?
Maybe the Win2000 machien is not uptodate with ADO.
Install MDAC 2.8. You get ADOMD with that.
