Gnome XSLT Processor

Please help..

I am looking for an XSL development tool which will allow me to
process my xml documents using the gnome xslt processor.

i have tried oxyen,cooktop,xray2 -- but all of these tools dont allow
me to import a seperate xslt processor. i was wondering are there any
development tools which allowed me to import an xslt engine, such as
gnome's version.
