We have an Excel file running VBA code which adds records to an Access
2003
.mdb file (all service packs and the Jet engine are up to date). When we
run
the code, as time goes on the speed at which records are written to Access
gets slower and slower.

Well how are you adding them?
Does the table have primary key?
Could we see some code?
