This is likely to be an MDAC problem on the client machine. Try upgrading
that machine to the latest version of MDAC. If that does not resolve the
problem use Component Checker (available from msdn.microsoft.com) to detect
problems in the MDAC installation on the client machine. You can post
suspect results here to see if any of us can help resolve them, but do not
be surprised if you are advised to call MS Product Support.
