The account is "NT AUTHORITY\NetworkService". We migth have found the
problem, it is described in article 910730... I'll try to get my hands on
the hotfix and give it a shot.

Thank you for the information. As you said, they are with same account for
MSDTC, is the account domain user or local user account. On the particular
server, will this account has enough permission to access
\windows\system32
and its sub folder?
Also, have to check the log file of MSDTC, will it provide some useful
information?
