As it says "any device that has SQL Server tools or technologies installed must have a valid license" in the Q & A, I end up with a question mark: "I have a SQL Server server which has SQL Server database engine and tools installed on it and have a license for that particular SQL Server server, however I want to use the SQL Server tool SSMS on another server in my environment, according to that Q & A, I'm using a SQL Server tool on another device other than that licensed SQL Server server and as it says 'you need a valid license for SQL Server tools' do I need any other SQL Server license for the other unlicensed server which I'd like to install only SSMS?"... ...
