Component Checker

I had a user having database connection problems, so I asked him to run
component checker and it reported that some of his ADO components were
incorrect (mismatched).
I therefore asked him to install ADO 2.8 SP 1 (the latest version of ADO I
believe) and now component checker says he has 14 mismatches, including the
one he already had.
What should he do?
