From "System.Data.SqlClient.SqlClientPermission" it looks like you are a
using a .NET data provider and part of the .NET Framework. If so, this is
the wrong newsgroup.
This caters for legacy or classic ADO, not ADO.NET.

For .NET support you need to post to a newsgroup with "dotnet" somewhere
in
its newsgroup name.
If there is no "dotnet" then it is _NOT_ a .NET newsgroup.
