Automatically running an application every day

Hi All,

I have a web application that reads a list of email addresses from a
database and sends a distribution out to them every day. I launch it by
making Internet Explorer come up and automatically go to it's URL. I am
currently using the built-in Scheduled Tasks that ships with Windows 2003
and it's flaky at best.

So my question would be: How do I RELIABLY call this URL up every day at
2:00AM (or whatever time I like for that matter). Is there a cool utility
that does this or something like that? Thanks in advance!

Michael
