redistributing MDAC and Jet 4.0

Hi, I would like to know the best way to redistribute MDAC and Jet 4.0. We
have a C++ application that uses ADO. It could be installed on any Windows
platform. There may or may not be MDAC and Jet4.0 already installed, and it
could be a newer version installed. We would like to install MDAC and Jet
4.0 in the background without user intervention, if possible.

I think there might be some confusion about what the MDAC is. ... You can install
