Find out what the version of ADO is on the development machine and upgrade
it 2.8 or something.
Recompile application after updating and distribute that.

Re: Laptop problem ...setup CD, and you have SP2 installed, it will go into a setup loop, and you ...Uninstall SP2, BEFORE you do a Upgrade setup from CD ... I was able to boot into safe mode and the errors in event log are below. ... A device attached to the system is not functioning.... (microsoft.public.windowsxp.help_and_support)
