Creating Access MDB's with ADOX.

I have been working on a routine to move data from an XML file to an Access
MDB. I have been able to get everything to work with two exceptions, I
can't seem to set the field lengths of the access table. I also seem to
have diffuculty with the decimal places. Anybody know?
