Data source can be created by running ODBC admininstrator (odbcad32.exe).
DSN name is not necessary to be the same as the SID value in the
tnsnames.ora.
If possible, I would suggest you to go through the source code and find the
name of DSN it is using. Create one with the same name using ODBC
administrator.
