Kevin,
Those articles date back to 2002,2003 and apply to SQL Server 7.0. I am
using SQL Server 2000 V8.00.818 SP3. Are you telling me that this problem has
not been corrected in SQL2k ? There is no workaround at all ? Isn't there a
way to specify the column type fo computed columns ? Isn't there a registry
parameter specifying datatype for number columns ? There is no way to control
this behavior ?
