Hi,

It must be possible with Jet 3.5 and 3.0.
I found this tool.
I haven't tried at as I don't have VB installed.
But if you look at the instructions it asks which Jet version you want to
use!

Set oMdw = New Mdw
oMdw.Create "c:\foo.mdw", "workgroup id", "Michael Kaplan, "Trigeminal
Software, Inc.", , Jet40

to create a Jet 4.0 workgroup file.
