BTW, Q278604 describes my problem, but the suggested fix had no effect. I
re-registered all the .dll files listed under Internet Publishing, some of
them re-registered successfully, others reported errors during the
registration process (I didn't write down the error details, but it did
mention something like ... the component in memory may be corrupted....).
