What are you talking about?
They are 65 Exchange newsgroups on the Microsoft newserver

If you have made the mistake of posting to Microsoft newsgroups via USENET
(your ISP might not carry all of Microsofts newsgroups), then I suggest you
subscribe directly to the Microsoft newserver:
news://msnews.microsoft.com

and hunt for the 65 newsgroups with the word "exchange" within them
