Dataset and Instantiate all Tables

I have created a typed dataset with a number of different tables. It has a
parent Owners and child tables Animals in it. I am having a problem when I
create a new typedDataset (dsOwnersAnimals) I can do a fill using a data
adapter on the Owners table, but everytime I try and use another data adapter
to fill the Animals table I get a Object not set to reference exception. Is
there a special way that I have to instantiate the child tables in a typed
dataset.
