Hi,
You cannot uninstall MDAC because it is a part of Windows. What you could
try to do is to roll it back to the previous installed version if you had
one. I would suggest not to play with the installing and uninstalling of
MDAC because it could lead to the corruption of it. Best way is to use other
PC that does not have MDAC 2.8 installed on it and try installation here
