ADO uninstall - how to?

I'm having all sorts of problems with ADO. Component Checker reports that
the version of MDAC is unknown, running dasetup.exe gives an error message
that says "Error load EULA file", and whenever I try to run any process on a
Foxpro table linked to an Access 97 DB, my PC locks up. I also wrote a
function in VB6 to create a recordset based on the same Foxpro table that is
supposed to simply list the field names in the table. When I try to call
this function, VB quits. I suspect that all this is due to a hosed MDAC
installation. What I'd like to do is uninstall MDAC and just start over
again. Is this possible? If so, how do I go about doing this, short of
reformating my hard drive and reinstalling everything. Thanks in advance.

Best

Jim
