error "in use by another program or undefined cause"

Hi there,
Always worked perfectly with dreamweaver mx and acces but now i encounter an
strange problem and i dont know what is causing it. Maybe one of you has a
clue.
Working with iis and setting up a remotemap in the www directory of inetpub.
Making an odbc connection for the database. Linking the database with the
website using dreamweaver. No problem at all.
But whatever I trie, i keep getting an error telling me that the ado has the
file in use by another program when i submit a page redirecting to another
page using a recordsetquery on the database.
Suddenly i see a copy of the mbd file with an other extention ldb in my
folder which disappears later on and cannot be opened having a sort of lock
in its pictogram.
Whatever i do i cant get the databasewebsite working this way.
Has anyone a clue what is wrong and maybe more important how to solve it
