Yes this is relevant, but hardly a viable solution. It seems the root
of the problem is that ADO/OLEDB Connection pooling is *not* working -
ergo the symptoms.
Reducing/Increasing the TIME_WAIT/MaxUserPort settings respectively is
treating the symptom not the real problem.
I have noticed this myself and am amazed that there is no official
remedy for this!
