Looking at the nature of this issue, since it's hard to determine when it
happens and cannot repro, it would require intensive troubleshooting which
would be done quickly and effectively with direct assistance from a
Microsoft Support Professional through Microsoft Product Support Services.

Also, I think using the Profiler to get some trace will be helpful for you
to debug.
