Today I have reported it to the local support here in denmark (ncs/nordic
customer support I think it is). They would pass it on to whatever
internal department maybe would have a look at it. They also told me that
I should not expect to hear from them again :-( unfortunately they do not
have a "bug-report"-department)... the reason was that I had worked around
the problem (as in changed the "problematic for IE" jpg-file).

I must admit I am a bit disappointet... they did not even want to have the
jpg-file.

Technically I could run into the problem again... any suggestions on how
to get real feedback from MS? (except waiting for that they might call
me.)
