Try this

             Statement1:

SELECT * FROM [Order] WHERE OrderID LIKE 'C%' AND PrdtName LIKE '%'

             Statement2:

SELECT * FROM [Order] WHERE LEFT(OrderID,1) = 'C' AND PrdtName LIKE '%'

Or

SELECT * FROM [Order] WHERE OrderID LIKE 'C%' AND PrdtName IS NOT NULL
