I have a VB6 SP5 activex DLL using MDAC 2.7 SP1 to access MS SQL 2000 (recent
service pack).
We are having an issue where we occasionally get a "Timeout Expired" error
returned from an insert operation ( a stored proc executed from an ADO
command object (adExecuteNoRecords), but where, in fact, the record was
successfully inserted. Sounds strange, but we are certain this is happening.

Any thoughts on how this could happen?
