How would I tell which drivers are installed? Either in the program or
through the control panel would do me if I can get some evidence of something
being missing. I'm not really that clued up on drivers and databases. The
program I'm working on isn't new and as long as things were not 'broke', they
didn't get 'fixed'. My attention has all been elsewhere until now.

I'm grateful for anything I can get!
