ADO error 0x800a0bb9 using ATL OLE DB template

Howdy,

Environment: VS.NET 2003, Crystal Reports 9.0

I have developed a custom OLE DB provider using the ATL template wizard. I have tested the provider with many OLE DB consumers and even ADO VB scripts. Seems to be working as expected. However, when I try to use my provider wtih Crystal Reports, I get an error message with an error code 0x800a0bb9. Debugging the code doesn't seem to help much :-(. I would appreciate it if someone can help me understand the cause of this error.
