Hi,
First of all, I would like to confirm my understanding of your issue. From
your description, I understand that you received a "File is in use" error
message after upgrading a Windows NT machine to Windows Server 2003. If
there is any misunderstanding, please feel free to let me know.
Generally, this issue can be caused by an incorrect permission setting.
Please try to check if the current permission settings are the same as the
old ones. Also, please try to open the .mdb file on multiple client
machines at one time to see if the permission settings work properly.
If anything is unclear, please feel free to reply to the post.
Kevin Yu
